Because consumer safety is critical in the massage industry, please carefully read when and how it is safe to receive treatment from our licensed professionals.

Medical Clearance & Safety

Medical Conditions: If you are managing any serious, acute, or untreated chronic medical conditions, you must obtain a formal massage prescription or clearance note from your doctor before scheduling your session.

Sobriety Policy: For your safety and ours, we strictly do not provide services to anyone under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or narcotics.

In-Home Massage & House Call Logistics

To ensure a safe and professional setup for mobile treatments, please adhere to the following rules:

Building Accessibility: In-home massage services are provided to elevator buildings only. Therapists will not carry professional equipment up walk-up stairs.

Equipment & Linens: If you do not own a massage table, you must select the appropriate option when booking so we can bring ours. Clients must provide their own clean sheets and linens for the session.

Arrival Window: Please be at home and ready a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the therapist's scheduled arrival time to allow for setup.

Package, Session & Gift Expirations

Prepaid Appointments: Single prepaid sessions are valid for up to 6 months from the original purchase date.

Therapeutic Treatment Series: Clinical, targeted massage is most effective when performed in a close series with follow-ups every 3 to 5 days. When pre-purchased as a clinical series, these sessions expire 14 days from the purchase date to ensure treatment consistency.

Gift Certificates: All gift certificates remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
