  • Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a therapeutic "massage" technique that improves the flow of lymph.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy helps reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and enhance immune function. It is commonly used for conditions like lymphedema (swelling due to lymphatic system dysfunction), post-surgery recovery, and overall wellness.

The therapists using specific strokes is gently, rhythmically stretching the skin stimulating lymphatic vessels and encourage lymph flow. In certain situations tools such as medi-cupping machine or gua-sha tool may be used. 

This technique is commonly used for conditions like lymphedema (swelling due to lymphatic system dysfunction), post-surgery recovery, and overall wellness.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage

is mostly used for muscles recovery, relaxation, alleviate bloating and detox the body. The therapists first use gentle rhythmical strokes on a dry skin to move the lymph, then with massage techniques using oil is pushing the lymph in a particular direction.

  • Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and care

Post-Op lymphatic drainage may increase speed of recovery by reducing swelling, and reduction of fibrosis by 3 times. Please read the lymphatic drainage therapy description. In regard to fibrosis manual or medi-cupping stretching along with ultrasonic tools may be used to decrease the bumps. You may feel some discomfort and bruise but it is necessary treatment. It has to be done in series. The more often you do it the faster the recovery will be.

  • Myofascial Release Therapy

is a therapeutic massage technique to managing pain and discomfort associated with tight tendons or fascia. The depth of the therapy may be superficial or deep (rollfing), so do not expect relaxing session. During the session the therapist will apply a pressure to tight areas and loosen up the connective tissue with hands or use of rollers, cupping therapy, vibration machines, or other tools. This is the best technique for post injury treatment, posture correction, and a specific area of discomfort.  You may expect to be sore for couple of days. The best effect gives series of treatments as the problem did not occur overnight and may not go away in one session.

  • Prenatal Massage

is adapted for the anatomical changes you go through during pregnancy. It is similar to Swedish massage but massage therapist will make accommodations with special cushioning systems. Prenatal massage not only helps to reduce lymphedema and myofascial pain but also reduces stress hormones and increases blood flow overall it is a relaxing experience for the mommy and the baby.

  • Postpartum Massage

Massage after you give birth can help to regulate your hormones, increase milk production, alleviate anxiety and depression, provide better sleep, and reduce swelling and puts organs back in place. A postpartum massage  is full body massage done within 12 weeks post birth. If you had a surgery you need to have doctors clearance in order to receive this treatment. This is a manual massage similar to Swedish relaxing massage which might include acupressure and foot reflexology.
